LIBERATION

LIBERATION DK/UK is a rock band bringing together glam punk attitude and great ballads, fronted by the charismatic singer and songwriter MARIE-LOUISE

MARIE-LOUISE is a multi-talented artist with a background in acting and dance. She has been performing and making music from an early age. Today, she plays bass, guitar, piano, and saxophone.

Moving between London and Copenhagen, she is now in the middle of recording her band’s debut album, FATE CHANGES TRACK, at Karma Studio. Expected to be released in summer 2027.

Inspired by the 70’s and 80’s music scene, she moves through all different kinds of moods and genres, from folk and ballads to rock, synthpop, and glam punk.

The band delivers an uncompromising, engaging, and hard-hitting live show, believing that music created with human emotion and creativity, rather than machines, is not simply a relic of the past
— it is the future.

Their sound is rare today. With an impressive diversity of songs, LIBERATION delivers a dynamic, nuanced, and
breathtaking performance.

MARIE-LOUISE’s songwriting also features in the upcoming rock opera LIFETIME ROCKET — a three-year-in-the-making odyssey about saving music on planet Earth and the
musicians who make it.

LIBERATION — a refreshing addition to the international music scene, driven by a vision to reshape the future
of music as an art form.
